Robot Coupe's MMP190VV Mini 8 inch Immersion Blender is ideal for blending soups and pureeing fruit and vegetables and is specially designed for processing small amounts of sauces and emulsions. Features a stainless steel motor unit with air vents to ensure watertightness, variable speed button adjusts from 2,000 to 12,500 rpm, automatic speed regularting system, handle designed for better grip and a special Aeromix tool for producing instant light and airy emulsions that hold their shape.
Constructed with an 8-inch, 100% stainless steel blades, bell and shaft and removable foot and blade for optimum sanitation. Includes a wall-mounted power mixer holder and tool for attaching and detaching blades. Measures 18-1/2 inches high, 6 inches wide and 6 inches deep. cETLus, 120v/60/1, 270 watts.
